Justin is an owner of three different restaurants in Cedar Rapids: Local Pour Street Food, Moco Game Room and Hot Dog Bar, and Bricks Restaurant. He talks about his experience building the first container home in Cedar Rapids, the uncertainties of a restaurant owner in the time of COVID, and he shared some oysters with Philip also along with his homemade sauces.
